The best build that I know of for Lou in Brawl stars
Cryo Syrup
Instantly adds 50% freeze meter to opponents inside Lou's Super.
Supercool
Opponents standing on Lou's Super area get frozen 33% faster.
Super Charge
Super charges 10% faster.
Shield
Gain extra 900 Health as a consumable Shield. The shield regenerates in 10 seconds, when at full health.
Guide
The gadget that I chose, “cryo syrup” works very well with the star power that I thought would be best, “supercool”. This creates a sort of synergy between the two power ups by the first component of the build, the gadget, this allows the enemies in the super to freeze 33% faster, this works well with the star power because the enemies in the super of Lou freeze 50% faster
Game Modes
Hot Zone
The super of Lou is perfectly circle, allowing your teammates to enter the circle and have a free area controlled, don’t forget the dodging skills too because you will need them since you aren’t covered like Sandy’s super or Leon’s gadget
Works Well With
Leon
Like I said before, Leon’s lollipop gadget works pretty well, covering you in hot zone and allowing your teammates to slack off a bit on the dodging too, make sure that the map you are playing the mode in has a bit of walls so that this brawler’s gadget doesn't die because of player attacks, instead because of the 5 second destroy rate
